April was an incredibly busy month filming magical weddings. At long last all my couples who had been waiting in the covid queue with reschedules were finally free to get married! Yippee! The time had finally come for me to get my camera out for some Owen House Barn wedding videography. I feel this year people have been so so ready to get back to normality have a long overdue party and make the most of every second! I certainly felt this at Heather and Seans wedding the moment I walked into bridal prep. I could hear them laughing from the car park (that’s always a good sign of a fun day ahead)
I met Heather and Sean back in 2018 when they booked me, little did we know it would be so long until the actual date, 3 moves later. This was certainly a date worth waiting for!

I knew Heather and Sean were into the Arts and were Theatre performers so I had a feeling this was going to be a showtime wedding to remember! They didn’t disappoint! They both got ready at Owen House Barn before Sean had a quick spin round in the barbers chair and then the Bentley wedding car that arrived. Meanwhile Heather and the bridemaids were dancing about on the hay bales with their wedding flowers. The ceremony was held in Sandbach at a church special to Heathers family. After the ceremony it was back to the venue for more Owen house barn wedding videography.
The Shooting Gallery Golden Hour
The Shooting Gallery at Owen House Wedding Barn is a relatively new addition to the venue. Imagine a large area with theatre lights, cinema seats, step ladders, glitter balls and even a smoke machine. It’s a great spot for some really cool and alternative wedding videography! We certainly had a good time throwing some theatrical dance moves under the glitter ball! The light was just amazing and with so many fixtures and frames to shoot through I was in my creative element!
I had such a great time capturing Heather & Seans Owen House Barn wedding videography. One stand out moment was when Sean sang to Heather during his speech! Lovely voice and very sweet! Make sure you watch the highlights right to the end for some absolute killer dance floor moves from Heather and Sean! The evening was filled with groovy dancing and an amazing set from the 4YP band straight from the west end theatres. I could have stayed all night at this wedding, such a feel good factor.
