Victoria Baths Wedding Videography
Victoria Baths is a Grade II listed building, situated in the Chorlton-upon-Medlock area of Manchester, in Northwest England. The Baths opened to the public in 1906, Manchester City Council closed the baths in 1993.
Ever since then, the Friends of Victoria Baths and the Victoria Baths Trust have been campaigning to save the building and to re-open the Turkish Baths and at least one of the pools.
Jonny and Anouska got married in the deep end of the main pool accompanied by friends and family. I love shooting in my home town of Manchester, each area is so unique and fantastic for wedding videos. I certainly got some cinematic wedding video footage at this Wedding.
After a few drinks the celebration continued in the Northern Quarter at the Roselee tea rooms and Fitzgerald bar. Here the guests tucked into a rather yummy afternoon tea followed by an evening meal. It all looked amazing and I will certainly be popping in for some food there again. We ventured into the depths of the Northern Quarter to capture some real Manchester back drops and colourful art works.
Here’s what Johnny an Annouska said about the Manchester Wedding video they recieved:
Jo is just absolutely AMAZING! She captured every bit of our day just perfectly. I love how we have our video to watch again and again. On the day Jo put Johnny and I at ease as I think we were a bit nervous about having a camera follow us round but I totally forgot Jo was even there, she just blended into the background (in the nicest way possible). I could not recommend Jo enough to anyone, for me this was the best money that we spent. Thank you so much xx
