What can I say? I knew this was going to be a top wedding when Lynda & Stu booked me! Lynda told me she was drawn to my style of wedding videography because was fun, a good laugh and in particular she loved my joke about the washing machine taking the piss out of the knickers! lol.
This wedding certainly had some brilliant banter and I did indeed find myself pissing myself a bit about some of the comments in the morning. I was just capturing Lynda modelling her dinner Apron when a woman came in to announce they had found the ‘3 missing dead people’. I was like eh? what’s going on here! turns out they were photographs missing from the memorial tree phew! Fair to say we were both in stitches!
Lynda and Stu have been together over 20 years and they thought it’s about time we got married really! They really wanted the focus of the wedding to be about the fun and laughter! With non stop entertainment all day we certainly got that! The guest barely sat down before they were dancing, shouting and playing various games with the MC. Don’t think I’ve quite seen such a lively wedding!
We had a bit of downtime after dinner with a lovely boat cruise around Lake windermere where Lynda an Stu had some celebratory vintage cigars on deck just having the best time! I also got to work with the fab Will of Love heart Photography we certainly made a great ninja team! I had the best time with Lynda and Stu and I could see just how well loved they are by their family and friends, it was like the best family gathering you could go to! I only wish I was related to them!

I never once felt like I was being filmed or put into any awkward scenarios and yet the videos just seem to sum up the whole day so naturally. The quality is superb, the music chosen by Jo was perfect and it all left me wanting more and wishing we could do it all again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo, I’d book her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jo, you worked so hard all day and have now left us in tears, laughing and crying, watching and reliving the whole experience. Just perfect. xx
