This Years wedding videography love of 2024

Yet another year has gone by and well what can I say it’s been a year of explosive highs and heart breaking lows. I lost my Dad this year completely out of the blue! It hit me hard and being honest I will be glad to get Christmas out the way as this is a hard time of year for people grieving and the first without my Dad at the dinner table telling awful cracker jokes! Miss you Dad.

I have yet again met so many lovely people filmed so many weddings and shared a tear with couples. My heart has opened up, smashed and rebuilt itself this year which is why I feel peoples emotions even more at weddings and why capturing those moments is so important. Having your wedding filmed is priceless, all those memories, all those special, special people, family, friends and animals in one space!

I don’t see myself as just a wedding videographer on your day, I am part of the day and its an honour to capture everything, to do button holes, feed you bananas, find missing Grandma and play the piano if your organist hasn’t turned up! Yes that did happen! lol

On the high side I released my first album of piano and vocal music called ‘Diving Deep’ which you can find on all streaming platforms or here if you want to buy it Diving Deep Album. Next year I am looking to make music for wedding films so watch this space! I feel so much emotion in music and it’s so important to me to get the music right in your wedding films. I want you to feel every part of your day like magic!

Loosing my Dad gave me a massive jolt and a voice in my head said now is the time to get your music out there and express your heart big time! So I did! The feedback has been incredible and so kind! My album is about healing your heart, dealing with grief and transforming in the process……. have a listen below.

Thank you I love you all

Thank you everyone for having me at your amazing days! I think I have heard some of the best wedding speeches this year for sure and in multiple languages too! French, Spanish, Italian, Philipino, Mexican and er drunken lol. There’s been a few moments this year I have had to suck it up when I’ve heard the term ‘for the people that aren’t with us anymore’  Gosh memories are priceless which is why what I do is so important! Capturing people, making memories to last a life time on film. I only wish I had my Dad on a wedding film but I don’t no ones asked me to marry them yet.

Anyway heres a big cheers to 2024 you have been eventful, heartwarming, expansive and so many more things. Heres to welcoming in 2025 and all the adventures that await you all!
