Here at Jo Gendle Films we specialise in capturing your personality whilst going pretty much unnoticed. No one wants to see a camera following them around on their wedding day do they? That’s why I do my best to blend in and move around like a ninja so you never notice me. I will talk to anyone at a wedding and most guests think I am the second photographer not the wedding videographer. I love ‘Love’ and being part of some ones special day is truly an honour and often gets me watery eyed because I feel it! I love it!

Well with me you get a genuine authentic woman with a big heart! I seriously love my job and give gratitude everyday that I get to do what I do! It’s key to me to make Wedding films with your input by you telling me what matters most. What’s going on in your day who do you treasure, what makes your heart melt? I like to think I have a distinctive and alternative style to most Lancashire wedding videographers.
At a wedding I capture everything that happens naturally. Therefore I don’t do forced poses or fake shots to make the day look more staged etc. I hate staged wedding videos as it does not represent your day and it does not feel natural. I am at your wedding to document your day not instruct you how to act. Think of me as a fly just buzzing around, you sometimes notice me but as soon as you do I’ve flown off elsewhere.
As a Lancashire wedding videographer I have filmed at many venue from barns to stately homes and good old pubs! You can see more examples further down the page. Being a proper romantic at heart I simply love weddings and all the joy and laughter that come with them. Each Wedding video I produce is different from the next as every couple has their own personality.

I knew I wanted our big day captured to look back on and share with those who couldn’t be there but I also knew that I didn’t want to feel like I’m being filmed and have a camera pointing at us the whole time. Jo was simply awesome…from the minute she arrived not once did I even know she was recording! She felt more like a guest and we both felt very comfortable around her.
